The numbers tell the story. Email subscribers have grown 23% — from 693 to 853 — through intentional list building and making it easier for congregation members to stay connected. But growth alone isn't the goal. An engaged audience is. The open rate, which was already above industry standards for faith-based organizations, has climbed an additional 10% through a deliberate focus on refining content to be more relevant, more readable, and more human. Every send is treated as an opportunity to serve the congregation, not just inform it.
